Every pet or animal living in one of our managed homes must have a PetScreening profile — created by the applicant, at their own expense, not the homeowner’s.
PetScreening helps us:

This means homeowners get peace of mind knowing every animal is properly verified — and tenants understand exactly what’s expected.
🐶 How It Works
1️⃣ Applicant Applies for a Rental
After completing their rental application, applicants receive a link to our PetScreening portal.
2️⃣ They Create a PetScreening Profile

They select one of three profile types:
- Household Pet – Small annual fee paid by the applicant. Includes photos, vaccinations, and behavior history.
- Assistance Animal – Free. Uploads documentation for service/support animals following HUD and FHAct guidelines.
- No Pet/Animal – Free. Confirms understanding of the property’s no-pet policy.
3️⃣ We Review & Approve
Our team receives the pet’s FIDO Score™ and full profile inside Buildium, where it becomes part of the lease record.
